People Protecting Animals & Their Habitats-PATH advocates for the humane treatment of all animals, as well as the conservation and protection of areas that are vital to the survival of endangered or threatened species. We accomplish this by providing communities with educational and vocational opportunities that provide realistic and sustainable solutions that both improve the quality of animal’s lives, and stop habitat destruction.

How You Can Help

Hi, I’m Tony Weinstein.  Not all animals are as happy as I am (trust me, I’m happy).  If you would like to help PATH improve the life of a dog or two, and, well, ok, maybe a cat, here are some things you can do.

Because PATH provides services outside of the United States, we are ineligible for most corporate and foundation funding.  We rely heavily on private monetary contributions.  PATH is an all-volunteer organization, so all funds donated go directly to operate our programs.  Please consider helping the children and animals of Nicaragua by making a financial contribution to PATH.

Tell others about PATH.  Take a collection at your dog park, office, a party, etc.  If everyone concerned sent one dollar, we would have the resources we need to continue our work.  A dog can be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and fed for approximately $25.

A donation of frequent flyer miles is also very helpful.  Contact PATH if you would like to donate unused mileage.

Items that are in constant demand include new or used veterinary equipment and supplies.  We also need heating pads, surgical gowns and scrubs, digital thermometers, children’s toothbrushes and children’s Spanish language books.

We seek mutually beneficial partnerships with both private and public sector organizations.

Support Animal Causes.  At PATH, we are not in competition with other animal welfare/environmental organizations.  Our sole concern is improving the lives of animals worldwide.  Explore how animals are affected by your daily actions, the food you eat, the clothes you wear, the cosmetics you use.

Volunteer with PATH.  We need the services of graphic designers, web designers, photographers, veterinarians, vet techs, public relations specialists, and animal lovers of all occupations.
