People Protecting Animals & Their Habitats-PATH advocates for the humane treatment of all animals, as well as the conservation and protection of areas that are vital to the survival of endangered or threatened species. We accomplish this by providing communities with educational and vocational opportunities that provide realistic and sustainable solutions that both improve the quality of animal’s lives, and stop habitat destruction.

Felix has represented his country in several international conferences in more than 30 countries and published more than 15 articles in democratization, arms control, defense policy and combatant reintegration.

In addition to his public service, he was also a lecturer on political science at Universidad Americana de Nicaragua (UAM), Universidad Americana de Ciencias Empresariales (UCEM) and visiting instructor at Växjö University in Sweden. He earned his B.A. (Summa Cum laude) in Political Science and International Relations from University of Mobile, Alabama and a MA in National Security from Nicaragua's Army Graduate School.
